1. The service is free
Swapps Analytics is a free tool provided by Swapps to help website owners — current Swapps clients and the broader public — make better business decisions from the data already available in their Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console accounts. There is no fee, no trial, no credit card. We may introduce premium features in the future; if we do, we'll keep the current functionality available under the free tier and you'll have the chance to opt in to any paid plan.
2. What the service does
After you sign in with Google and grant read-only access to your Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console accounts, the service lets you register the websites you operate, link each one to the matching Google products, and pull a cross-source snapshot. It then produces an AI-generated business read and a list of suggested actions you can accept, skip, comment on or mark complete.
3. Eligibility
You must (a) have a Google account, (b) have the authority to grant read access to the Google products you choose to link, and (c) be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the profile information you provide (name, company, job title, phone) and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Organisations & sharing
Sites and analyses live inside organisations. The user who creates an organisation is its owner; they can invite other users into it. Members of an organisation can see all sites and analyses in that organisation. You may belong to multiple organisations. You can leave an organisation at any time; removing your account also removes you from all organisations you are a member of.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users or organisations.
- Reverse-engineer the service in order to circumvent access controls.
- Automate access in a way that violates Google's API quotas or our fair-use limits.
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
6. AI-generated content
The recommendations and chat replies you see are produced by a language model. They may contain mistakes, omissions, or out-of-date references to product UIs. You are solely responsible for verifying any action before applying it to your Google account, your website, or your business. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI output.
7. Your data
How we collect, store, and use your data is described in our Privacy policy. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use it to train external AI models.
8. Availability & changes
Because the service is free, we provide it on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee uptime, response time, or feature parity across environments. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice before removing anything you depend on.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or put the service or its other users at risk. You may stop using the service at any time by signing out, revoking our access in your Google account, and emailing privacy@swapps.com if you'd also like us to delete your stored data.
10. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
Because the service is provided free of charge, to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited to one hundred United States Dollars (USD 100). Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá, D.C., unless local law mandates otherwise for consumers.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the service before they take effect.
